Soooooo.. I've kind of been real bad with this healthy eating. I have had a secret stash of oreos, sensation crisps, marshmellows and haribo sweeties. This healthy stuff is really tuff. But I refuse to stay off track. Woke up this morning and made beigels toasted, once that was done I spead some advacado, then placed lettuce and tomato with grilled chicken on top. I had the usual tomoto pasty for lunch and perhaps i'll have salmon for dinner. I just need 'a lil faith' in order to not break the healthy code again.
